As we continue discussions with Buckinghamshire Council, we are working to strengthen the case for a non-selective secondary school in Burnham and challenge the view that there is insufficient demand for one.

To do this, we need to build a robust, evidence-based report that demonstrates both current and future need. Key areas of focus include demographics, pupil flows, school capacity and the impact of planned housing developments in and around Burnham.

We are therefore looking for volunteers who can help with research, analysis and gathering information to support the campaign.

Experience in any of the following areas would be particularly valuable:

  • Planning

  • Development and housing

  • Data analysis and research

  • Education or public policy

However, if you are passionate about the future of education in Burnham and feel you have skills that could help, we would still love to hear from you.

Every contribution, whether it's a few hours of your time or specialist expertise, can help strengthen the case for a local non-selective secondary school.
